Billy Tarlton is a British photographer based in Berlin and London, whose work focuses on fashion, beauty and people.

Billy has learnt his craft assisting photographers in London and photographing the non-conformist and subversive rave scene in Berlin. Here he captures the artistic performance of its counter-culture and spaces of self expression and inclusivity. This crossover between fashion and the rave scene has resulted in collaborations and events where art, music and fashion converge.
